Those Swarovski crystals dangling from your centerpiece may be fabulous, but what guests often cite as the most memorable elements of a wedding are the details made with love – something that celebrates the warmth and joy of a union. Something like… homemade cinnamon rolls!
While entrepreneur Jennifer Moore is the master baker behind Baking Bread, LLC, her grandmother is the spirit of the operation. “My grandmother passed recipes down to me that have been in my family for generations. I took the recipe from the breads that my family and I have always enjoyed, and created my famous cinnamon rolls, loaves and chocolate rolls,” Jennifer explains. Baking Bread is run out of her home, so when we say these goods are handmade and homemade, we mean it!
Even when prepared in mass quantity, Jennifer’s creations maintain their “just-like-Grandma’s” goodness. Her dinner rolls (plain and potato) are not the hard-shelled dinner rolls that look and taste like an afterthought (you know what we’re talking about!). Baking Bread’s rolls are soft, with a touch of sweetness. They can be used for finger sandwiches or to complement dinner. And, if bread doesn’t fit with the main course (or, if you can’t get enough), serve Jennifer’s scrumptious chocolate rolls for dessert.
Recently, Jennifer was contacted by a couple who wanted to do something other than wedding cake. “The bride had pie and the groom wanted cinnamon rolls. I baked 200 cinnamon rolls with delectable marshmallow icing and delivered them to the reception. One year later, the bride called to order more cinnamon rolls to surprise her husband on their anniversary!” Now that’s a testament to deliciousness.
